1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the Shiply Santa Express prize competition (the "Competition") run by Shiply Ltd. (the "Promoter").
1.2 By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2.1 The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or older, except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected to the Competition.
2.2 Proof of eligibility may be required. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
2.3 The delivery address must be in the UK maninland.
3.1 The Competition will run from 29/11/24 to 16/11/24 ("the Competition Period").
3.2 To enter, participants must purchase an entry and correctly answer a question requiring skill via the website at www.shiply.com/santaexpress.
3.3 Multiple entries from the same individual is allowed.
4.1 The prizes available to be won are an iPhone 16, a £2,000 Holiday voucher, an Apple watch, a Meta Quest 3, a PlayStation 5, a Samsung 50 inch QLED TV, 1 x Bose Quietcomfort headphones, a Kindle Paperwhite, and £1,000 tax free cash.
4.2 The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
5.1 The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
5.2 The draw will take place on or around 16/11/24.
5.3 The winners will be notified by email within 2 days of the draw.
6.1 Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of being notified. If a winner does not claim their prize within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner.
6.2 The Promoter will arrange delivery of the prizes to the winners at no cost.
6.3 The Promoter will aim to deliver the prizes before 25th December 2024.
6.4 The Prizes may arrive one by one or several per package.
7.1 By entering the Competition, entrants agree that the Promoter may use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8.1 Personal data provided during the course of this Competition will only be used for the administration of the Competition and as described in the Promoter's privacy policy https://www.shiply.com/privacy.
8.2 Entrants have the right to access, rectify, or delete their data by contacting support@shiply.com.
9.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted during transmission.
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Competition or the acceptance of any prize.
10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Competition at any time without prior notice.
10.2 Any decision by the Promoter regarding the Competition is final and binding.
10.3 These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
